Rich went above and beyond for me (especially since I’ve never purchased a home before) and was patient and kind with my rudimentary knowledge of the process. Richard is the ultimate Real Estate Agent. Richard is very professional and very knowledgeable of the business and the area. I am moving from New York City and I needed to take care of somethings in the house before I move in. Since I could not be there when needed, Richard was kind enough to allow contractors into my house when I needed him to.
