Richard is the ultimate Real Estate Agent. Richard is very professional and very knowledgeable of the business and the area. I am moving from New York City and I needed to take care of somethings in the house before I move in. Since I could not be there when needed, Richard was kind enough to allow contractors into my house when I needed him to. Obviously, this was beyond the call of duty, for which I will be eternally grateful to Richard. As I told Richard, if any of my friends decide to move to Connecticut, I will highly recommend him.

The home buying process can be rife with uncertainty and stress, especially during a global pandemic. It is important to have someone on your team who is first knowledgeable of the process and second affable and attentive. We were put in contact with Rich through the process of inquiring about buying land to build on as we were having trouble finding a house that met our criteria. Thankfully, our luck soon changed and it was Rich who got us a late viewing the same day and it was his knowledge and confidence with the process that assured our offer being accepted as there were two other offers the same day. Rich made sure to check in, offering suggestions and answering questions. He was effectively aggressive in the negotiation process and was a calming presence when we were presented with hurdles. We are absolutely in love with our new house and Rich deserves a lot of the credit for making it possible.
